Former ShamWow champion Vince Offer has managed to use his legendary salesmanship to convince an earth woman to tie the knot. The salesman from another planet wed Melody Claire in Malibu, California, before friends and family. Continue reading
You know Vince Offer Shlomi from his infomercial products: ShamWow, Slap Chop and Schticky. You may know that he is a disgruntled ex-Scientologist, a filmmaker, and a hooker batterer. But did you know he is now a character in My Little Pony fan fiction?
Bronies are adult men who are fanatical fanboys of the children’s TV show inspired by a line of cute plastic pony toys marketed to young girls. This was a big deal a year ago, so current Bronies are more likely to be located in Des Moines than Williamsburg, where hipster dudes have probably moved on to the next improbable obsession.
After the amazing success of ShamWow and Slap Chop, pitchmen and filmmaker Vince Offer suffered a setback after his February 2009 arrest in Florida for an altercation with a prostitute. Although he’s since made parody commercials like this 2010 spot for Eminem’s Recovery CD, we’ve been waiting over three years for a new As Seen on TV product and commercial from Vince.
Because we always want to supply the latest As Seen on TV news, we feel obligated to tell you that Vince Offer, pitchman of ShamWow and Slap Chop fame, is filming a sequel to 1999’s Underground Comedy Movie. Here’s the trailer, and it’s even more offensive, disgusting and juvenile than the original. This video is not only unsafe for work, it’s inappropriate for anyone, anytime. In a sad comment on her life and career, Lindsay Lohan is involved. Watch if you must, but you have been warned.

Your Savvy Shopper always keeps an ear to the ground. I’ve recently heard rumors that Vince Shlomi, AKA Vince Offer, AKA Vince from ShamWow and Slap Chop, AKA Square One Entertainment, is negotiating behind-the-scenes with DRTV companies to assist him in marketing a brand-new product. I don’t have any details regarding the product or when it will launch, but I’ll keep you posted as we learn more. Over a year has elapsed since Vince’s altercation with a hooker in Miami, Florida. Since Shlomi’s media profile is not nearly that of a misbehaving celebrity like Tiger Woods, I’d be surprised if many TV viewers are aware of this mutual assault and near-arrest. It’s not expected to affect the public’s acceptance of a new pitch from this unconventional yet very successful pitchman.
