    1. Joyce, this website streams TV commercials. We don’t make or sell this product. Sorry we can’t be of help.

  1. Every time i call seasonaire lines are busy i need a new filter can someone please help me this is not right i paid almost 450.00$ for mine and i cant fine a filter

    1. Hi John. Our website streams TV commercials. We are not the Seasonaire company and can’t help you with filters. Sorry. I’ve redacted your phone number for your privacy.

  2. I ordered the seasonaire when it was 89.00. Now they are selling them for 39.00. I call the customer service number and it also says “all circuits are busy.” This heater is a scam!!! Montel Williams should be ashamed of himself for stooping so low as to indorse such a product. They said the air filter never needs changing. Mine had black mold all over it so I had to throw it out and when I went to order another one, that is when I received the message. I used it for 1 season in 2012. It is now 2014 and I am still trying to talk to a spokesperson about this ridiculous piece of crap just to get another filter. Now I am just going to use the heater part and chalk this experience up to a scam that got me. Oh yeah and calling my newspaper about this advertisement.

  3. I returned the unit I purchased for repair and I have not heard anything back from the company. when I try to call the number they gave me to return the heater the only response I am getting for three days is :all circuits are busy.: Do you have a number I can call to find out anything about the progress on the repairs? Thank you for your response.

    1. Hi Dave. our site just streams TV commercials. We don’t have any contact info for this company. Good luck with your repair!

    2. Dave,
I hope you got some kind of satisfaction with your machine. I have not. I would be very surprised if you even got it back. This company is a scam. I am calling my local paper to see if they will do a story on these people.
      Sincerely,
      Betty Carter
