Hi, I purchased the 13 – piece knife set a few years ago and they have all fall apart. I’ve never put them in the dishwasher even though they say they are dishwasher safe. I purchased two sets because I wanted 12 steak knives.
So now I’m going through my stuff and I came across the instructions that claim this knives are life warranty.
What do I have to do to get my knives back?
