  1. I have the red copper square pan used for in the oven, top of the stove, etc. I have mis-placed the information about how to prepare the pan for its first use. Can you please send me this information. It said something about putting it in the oven at a certain temp. for a certain length of time. If possible, please respond as soon as possible. Helen Dodd
