Awesome Auger is a huge rip off! They charge an exhorbitant S&H fee and double the order. I got charged over $108 for it--$74 for S&H and $34 for product. Useless, thin metal that doesn't work in my hard soil. I returned it and am still fighting them to credit S&H charges. I have sent complaints to attorney generals in two states (they have numerous addresses), better business bureaus in three states, credit reporting agencies, and other consumer protection agencies. If everyone stops ordering from these fast-talking infomercials, then maybe they will stop!

Dave and I ordered and paid for the auger, extender and drill in April. Two augers came on smaller than the other. We did not get the extender or the drill. I called and then lady said that the order said we did not order the extender and drill so I ordered again the extender and drill and she gave me a great deal that I would get an extra extender and an extra drill. My card would be charged 95.99 for shipping and handling. I have to write our credit card company to see how much we paid the first time and the second time since Dave pays the bills and then throws them away. I still have not received my orders. I have called several times and they say it is on back order. We are now in the middle of june and nothing. I will try again on Monday but if I find out I have been charged twice on my card and cannot get any answeres then a class action lawsuit needs to be started

Do NOT order this! It is a scam. A total rip-off! You pay outrageous, unethical shipping & handling. The product is not even worth $19.95. If you try to return, they will NOT refund the shipping & handling. Save yourself money and headaches. I urge you NOT to order!

The best way is not to pay the biil. I could not cancel the order so I called the credit card company and sopped payment.

This is a rip. They charged over $150 on my account the first time. Then they also charged $56.95 for shipping and handling. Don't do it!

This is a rip off. When ordering on line you can not review your order, you only see the final statement that has already been processed. I tryed calling the customer service number on the site and waited well over 20 minutes with no one taking the call.
The site is easy to order additional items and not be able to correct your order, the S&H is more that the cost of the product.
Check out the many sites that have comments about this product and you won't want to touch the product with a 10 foot pole.
