Yup, they usually refer to haorfrtd and you're right to be skeptical. They are INSANELY slow to handle claims. Unless it's A LOT cheaper, stick with allstate. You might want to shop around for car insurance though, allstate is usually pretty expensive. Either geico, progressive or esurance could save you several hundred bucks a year. Just in case you're worried, don't be, all three of those companies are good companies that work quickly to resolve their claims, just pick on price.
