"YOUR TOWN, Your Real Estate Profits!" is SO packed FULL of deal-making "recipes" that my REI mouth is watering with anticipation of trying them ALL!!!! And Dean's easy style of writing (just like in BARM) makes it SO easy to absorb the mounds of information!
