well i just recieved my ab-doer and i made the mistake of not taking advantage of the additional items that was offerd @ time i placed my order and im not getting the full affect of the machine,i just orderd the resistance band and now i have to wait until the additional items arrive to get the full experience of tha ab-doer extreme.
