Product is great. I am a neat freak. Product is well worth the money, definately worth paying extra to get the caddy. You will find a use for every attachment. You will remove dirt that you didn't know you had.

All I have to say is "WOW"! This mop is amazing! The 1st time I used it, I swear my ceramic floor got so clean it changed color. Most impressive: I have a 3" shag rug on which my dog vomited, and the mop took the stain right out!

This is the best mop ever! I used it for the first time, and love it! I cleaned my tile floors, my mattress, my pillows, my sofa & loveseat, my toss pillows, my dog's pet bed. Wow! Excellent item that I highly recommend you purchase!

I was very hesitant about buying this mop. Most informercial products just don't work the way they claim. I am happy to report this mop is AWESOME and works just like they say!! I am BEYOND HAPPY with my purchase! We are a very green and chemical free family and love that this cleans and sanitizes with steam. Our hardwood floors look so shiny and clean.And after cleaning the oven, it looks NEW again!!It blast grease away with ease! WOW! WOW! I am so happy with this mop and I recommend it. it is a breeze to clean floors. To my suprise it also CLEAN SLATE FLOORING!!! This is the ONLY MOP THAT I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO CLEAN MY HARD STONE SLATE BATHROOM FLOOR!!! I love it. I also love that it turns into a handheld steamer! We have ferrets and sugar gliders. Very smelly at times. The h20 mop ultra handheld steamer completly got rid of the smells on the cages! AMAZING! A FANTASTIC PRODUCT! THANK YOU THANE!!

i love this mop!!!!! my one year old daughter decided to show off her artistic skills on my wall in the livingroom and we have wall paper ... i freaked when i saw it but remebered the h20 ultra i had just ordered and it worked i used the hand_ held steamer and withen 2 mins it was off my wall and my wall paper looked better than ever i recomend this to all moms with young children. This really is everything you advertise it to be!! Very impressed with this machine. Put a black light to my carpet and realized all the stains that were there. Steamed it and let dry. Placed the black light on again it took every stain out of the carpet. Incredible machine!! You won't regret buying this product at all!!

I love my H20 mop Ultra. From the day I took it out of the box and started using it I have just raved about it! My 3 year old daughter spilled half gallon of pink paint on the floor in her room while we were painting. My first response was to run and grab my H20 mop! We got up as much as we could with a towel then used to mop to get the rest. You would NEVER know that paint had been spilled! It got down in the carpet and pulled it all up! I love this mop. I have several friends who recently bought one and they all love it to!

I had been seeing the commercials for ages, finally got the nerve to buy and am ecstatic!!! It is amazingly sanitary and all the other chemical cleaning products in my house - Buh-Bye!!!! Gone!! love the H2O mop and love the customer service as well. This is the newest way to clean in the 21st century! A must have for any house.

This mop is PHENOMENAL!!!! I have hardwoods throughout my 3000sq foot house and I first mopped with a regular mop and then with the H2O and the grime that came up even after I mopped with a regular mop was astounding!! I WOULD NEVER OWN ANOTHER MOP BESIDES THE H20!!! DEFINITELY A 10!!!

I purchased this H20 Mop I love it...I have white carpet in my bedroom and my 15 yr old dog barf on it, I tried using just soap and water, but it didn't work. Than I remember the H20 Mop, I took it out and with just 3 light times it came completely out..

I have one year old twin boys who love to throw food and this mop makes it so much easier to clean up after them and I don't have to worry about having chemicals around them because it is just water. And I used it on the carpet I was amazed when it started pulling dog hair out of the carpet after I had vacuumed. And the carpet looked and smelled a lot better. Love this thing!

I've seen them all but this is the first of it's type I have bought. I also got the accessories. I bought an olderhome and it needed a lot of cleaning. WOW! It did what they claim and more. I'm not easily impressed but am glad I made this choice. I've used it on my hardwood floors and carpet and vynal floors in my kitchen and it is wonderful.

I just received my H20 ultra today. I got the caddy also. I mopped my tile floors, steamed cleaned my livingroom carpet, and steam clean my two sofas. One of the sofas had "Slime" that I tried to remove with another hand held steamer, and had failed to remove it . The H20 took it right off, and removed chewing gum from the carpet. I love my H20 Ultra.

I ordered my "h20" mop about 3 months ago for my mom, for Christmas, had a problem with grease build up on my ceramic tile behind my stove so used the hand held steamer loved it , so used the mop,Oh my its great! Now I have to order another for my mother .

WE FOREVER LOVE THIS MOP!I and my husband are not believers of infomercials,but when we seen the h20 mop ultra informercial,i looked at my husband,and said,"I WANT THAT MOP!So he called the number placed the order,and ONLY 3 DAYS later it was at my front door step! I opened it up like a christmas present,put it together which was really easy and started using it everywhere in my house,i couldnt believe my eyes,THIS product really works,thanks so much h20 mop!

It arrived today and I am in steam clean heaven! After cleaning the floors, I was eager to detach the mop head and test the steamer out on my bathroom grout! The house we live in is an older home, built in the 50's. The bathrooms are tiled with wide grout lines at the sinks. I put the steamer to work on our most used bathroom (the kids bathroom as well as the main bathroom in the house) and I am so amazed. The grout in the kids bathroom (sink) was practically brown from years of use and now it is white again. I wish I would have taken before and after pictures because I'm so amazed! SO AMAZED. I had tried in the past to clean the grout with bleach, soft scrub, just about EVERYTHING. I thought it was just stained from years of use from previous owners of the home. Just a few minutes using the Ultra and it looks brand new again and I used only PURE WATER! I can't wait to tackle the rest of the house! I LOVE LOVE this product.

We have tile floors in our kitchen and after 11 years the grout lines were really dirty. We purchased the h2o mop ultra and belive me the h2o mop restored the grout lines so they look like we were just put the tile down. Thank you h2o mop ultra.

My husband & I used the H20 Mop Ultra for the first time and it was everything promised,we are very impressed and happy with the results. We have hardwood, laminate and tile floors. I had cleaned the laminate floor 2 days prior to receiving my H20 and couldn't believe the dirt it still got from the floor. Thanks Thane for a fabulous product.

I just love the H20 Ultra. I originally had the first one and loved it very much and ended up giving it to my daughter. She absolutely loves it as she has 2 dogs and it is a great help to her. Meanwhile I went and bought the Ultra--love it especially with the longer cord. It is the best and the best part is the santizing. It certainly was a great investment.

WOW!!! I am not easily amazed, but the H2O mop is absolutely incredible. It outshines any of the ads. I have a bad dog who insists on urinating on my bedroom carpet. I used it for the first time today (it arrived this morning) and I can't believe how fresh the carpet smells and where all the stains have gone. It only took one week to arrive and I have never been so pleased with any product. Thanks, Thane...you are my heroes!

I just LOVE this mop. I had the first one they made,loved that too, gave the first one to my daughter, she LOVES it now I bought this new version and I can't say enough about it. It just makes life easier and oh so clean. I steam cleaned the bathroom shower and the floors and bowl and it works just fine. I would recommend this mop to everyone, it's great!!!

I have used my new H20 Mop Ultra for the first time. I have laminate floors in living/dining room, and tile on my kitchen and bathroom floors and hallways. It did a beautiful job.

Used my new H20 Mop Ultra for the first time today. I have laminate flooring in my kitchen and it cleaned up beautifully. I did not change the pad during the cleaning process and perhaps I should have. I like the cleanliness when done.
