The emergency button has helped me out of many situations. The operators have always responded quickly and they stay on the line with me until help arrives. I also use your Medical Data Service. An allergy to penicillin, and taking coumadin, have made me vulnerable to treatment in an emergency situation. It is important that my conditions be known by the doctor if I need medical care. MedScope provides peace of mind for myself, as well as my family.

I am on 12 different daily medications. I can never remember them all. I am also prone to congestive heart failure and often require emergency treatment. You do an excellent job of comforting me by providing me with my button and storing my medical information on the computer so doctors can see it when I go to the hospital.
