I have been using for two months now. Yes, you are sore for the first few times (as with any new exercise), and yes, I gradually built up to the 3 sets of 10 each. I just now found the first spring too easy, so went to the next size spring. And now, found my neck sore again, but just the first few times. My husband and I notice that there is a difference in my neck. The jowls are going down and the puffy neck line has gone down. Some friends actually told me I looked good and asked did you lose weight or something? I saw a difference about 3 weeks into this. I do them daily, and when it gets easier did them twice a day. Now on the new medium spring, so back to once day. As Christine said, make sure you do slow even movement, not fast or jerky. I keep mine on bathroom counter to remember to do it. that's the trick - do it every day! all I know is I am seeing results

Diana your neck probabl;y hurts because your posture is all wrong. I have been trying this for 1 straight week and I have seen some improvement in the tone under my chin. You have to do it slowly and not jerk or you will not get results. I love it, it is very handy and keep it in my purse everyday! My own dr. said this was safe for me to use...even better...good luck to everyone else!

What we don't get from the video ad is how long does it supposedly take to get optimum results and secondly, once I supposedly achieve the optimum result, does one need to continue using it on a daily basis or can he or she take a break from it for a few weeks or so? How does anyone get in touch with this Rugby character about these important questions?

Bought one from carolwright.com which didn't include the cream and DVD. I tried the 3 sets of exercises as suggested about 10 minutes ago, and the back of my neck hurts right now, even using the coil with lightest resistance. I'm sure I rarely use those muscles, so the suggested first time should have been a gradual build up to 3 sets. Perhaps 5 reps, then 10 reps, then build up to 3 sets of 10 over time. Hopefully my neck and back ache heal soon!

Whatever school Paul Younane went to should be wiped off the map. world-renowned physiotherapist my ***. Anybody who is remotely educated on exercising knows that you can't spot reduce and that you should always work the opposite muscle groups. This thing is a joke, don't buy it.
