I received a Silver Sonic XL in late June or early July, this year. Worked wonderful but now the on/off button is broken off. Can it be repaired?

I bought the silver sonic with rechargeable battery. It works good if you can keep it in your ear. the ear peice that is adjustable is not strong enough to keep s sonic in side your ear. they need to improve it. when they do they need to send me one.It does work but ear peice weak. thank you robert hutchinson
