I purchased AUTOCERM in June 08. I added the first vial to my oil and voila! I immediately got a 1mpg boost on the first tank. I was excited. My second tank didn't quite measure up to the first, or the third, fourth or fifth. The mileage boost steadily decreased and after about 5000 miles it was completely gone. At my next oil change, I added the second vial (recommended dosage is half a vial per oil change). This time there was NO boost at all. ZERO, ZIP, NADA. I calculated that I saved about 16-17 gallons of gas total. Hardly enough savings to cover the cost of the pdct w/S&H. Now, in all fairness, I need to say that I have never used any oil except full synthetic in my 2001 F-150 V6 and that may have had something to do with my lack of success, but that is purest speculation. I would not (and have not) purchase(d) this product again.
